Attritional motor, employers and public liability claims can have a detrimental financial impact on any business as can singular catastrophic losses. Our claims defensibility review examines the minutiae of your internal processes as well as the interaction processes with claims handlers and others in the claims supply chain, dovetailing that with the technical claims exposures faced by your business. We provide a full review and cost effective and prioritised recommendations in a written format, for typically less than the cost of a single low value injury claim.
Internal/in-house claims resource and claims process open
We have experience of working with a wide range of corporate clients, from those who have no dedicated insurance resource to others who have an in-house claims team of over 50 employees. When claims become distressed, usually arising from policy disputes, an impasse can result which can place financial strain on your business’ cashflow and profitability. Positions can quickly become entrenched and the instruction of solicitors on both sides can often lead to a costly and drawn out stand-off which will almost certainly lead to an unsatisfactory outcome for both parties. We support you in understanding your policy and advising how it should realistically respond.
